When is Kalla Lily projected to open for inside services?
We are excited to be opening our doors on Monday, June 1st! After being closed for 10 long weeks, we can’t tell you how amazing this will feel to be back doing what we love again…taking care of you.
We know that you have been waiting a long time to schedule an appointment however we ask for your patience and understanding as we open back up at limited capacity. Our front desk team will be working very hard to accommodate all of our guests requests as quickly as we can.
What changes can guests expect to see?
We have taken the highest precautions to prepare our business for you! The safety of our team and guests is our top priority, therefore we have…
° Cleaned and disinfected all surfaces and implements
° Disinfected and laundered all capes, towels, and linens
° Removed any non-essential items throughout our business
° Acquired Personal Protective Equipment
° Eliminated practices of hand shaking and other non-essential contact
° Re-certified our team of Infection Control and Hygiene Practices
Will there be guidelines that guests should know, such as any mask requirement or payment by card only?
We will continue to update our protocols as we are updated from the Minnesota Board of Cosmetology and Governor Walz. We will strive to communicate as quickly and efficiently as possible. We truly value our guests and want to continue to offer a high level of experience while modifying your experience to minimize exposure.
Here are the new safety protocols:
NO WAITING AREA AVAILABLE-PLEASE WAIT IN CAR
We are asking all our guests to remain in their car once they arrive at the salon. Please call the salon when you arrive. We will call you back when your service provider is ready for your appointment. Maple Grove 763.416.1700 and Medina 763.478.5510
TEMPERATURE CHECK and HEALTH SCREENING CONFIRMATION
Upon your check-in we will take your temperature via a touchless thermometer. Temp must be less than 100.4
When you arrive we will confirm the following:
-Have you had a cough?
-Have you had a fever?
-Have you been around anyone in the past 14 days with these symptoms?
-Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?
SICKNESS
If you are showing any signs of fever, cough or illness we are asking that you please reschedule your appointment a minimum of two weeks out. We do reserve the right to refuse service.
WASH HANDS
Upon check in we will be asking all guests and service providers to wash their hands.
MASK
Masks are required to enter the salon. Please arrive with a mask.
PAYMENT
We will be asking for a credit card when confirming appointment to be used for touchless payment check out. Cancellations within 24 hours or NO SHOWS will be charged 50% of appointment on credit card.
ATTEND APPOINTMENT ALONE
Friends, family members, children and/or pets will be asked to stay home. No outside food or drinks will be permitted. Serving of beverages and magazines are temporally unavailable. Please leave coats and accessories in your car at this time.
NO WALK-INS
All guests need to have an appointment. No walk-in appointments.
HAIR SERVICES
At this time, we will be minimizing our time and reducing conversation in our shampoo area. At this time, we are not blow drying or styling.
PURCHASING PRODUCTS
Please have service provider or front desk collect the products you need.
LIMITED FACIAL SERVICES
Due to the governor’s order, all guests must wear mask’s while in the salon therefore we are limiting our spa services.
