Disorder of the Villains – A Call to Action
Hear me, you fledgling fiends and novice knights—I am MedievalEvil, the dark sovereign of… wherever we are. Yes, here. In my realm, monsters come to life like false grail-magic, powered by the blockchain and placed under your control.
I am seeking apprentices to carry out my disorderly doings using demons, minotaurs, wraiths, and more—summoned from IRL’s grimmest tales. Monsters will burn, villains will rise, as decreed by the Curse of the Egonaut. Awaken your inner villain and join my Court of Disorder!
I shall host a most evil gathering at my lair—NFTMSP, errr… I mean Culture Convergence. Four of you will soon find yourselves part of something truly diabolical. The rest of you? Well, even losers have their place… somewhere.
Now, since not all of you possess a digital wallet (pathetic), we shall test your mettle through a physical card game proof-of-concept. Yes, cardboard evil. Now, let us speak of this “game.”
Disorder of the Villains (DotV)
DotV is a simple, elegant 2-player card game. Because evil shouldn’t be difficult.
Think Pokémon or Magic, except way less nerdy… and way less complicated. My lair will, of course, accept the nerdiest among you, but I could use some slightly cooler henchpeople, too. Don’t forget to practice. See rules and instructional video at Egonauts.io/Disorder
If you’ve ignored my request to watch the video or read the rulebook—how positively evil of you! Allow me to explain for the simpletons among you:
You will duel in pairs for about a quarter-hour. You take turns drawing and playing cards until the game ends with a LOSER! That’s it. Pure evil is best when it’s simple.
Well… I did add a touch of “fun.” Each monster or villain has a simple instruction—because even chaos needs a little structure. Your monsters may do delightfully evil things like BURNing (discard), FLIPping (turning cards), CONTROLling (“stealing” others), or BOUNCING (returning to hand). Fewer heroes. More villains. Got it?
To prove your worth to the Court of Disorder, you must be the first to BURN enough monsters to MINT two villains. Get it? Mint? Blockchain?

What Comes Next
This is not the first DotV event—nor will it be the last. The Court is growing. I urge you to feed my ego and help me look truly evil. Should you recruit more wannabes to my cause, I will be in your debt (briefly).
Wannabes as young as 8 and as old as 88 are welcome—though some monsters are a bit… grotesque. And though, I’ve seen a boy as young as six sneak into the disorderly mix, buying online, may require an adult to make a few clicks. Note the shameless ad next to this story with a QR code.
At NFTMSP
For this event, I have space for up to 64 villains-in-training to compete for one of 4 coveted seats in my Court of Disorder. And just for added villainy, I shall host a final playoff to pit the chosen few against each other… mwahaha! And I’ve ensured the top four prizes are good enough to appeal to the greediest of adults and kids alike.
