INGREDIENTS
- 5 lbs. chicken thighs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup miso
- 1 cup beer
DIRECTIONS
- Mix the sugar, soy sauce, miso and beer.
- Soak chicken in the sauce overnight in the refrigerator.
- Place the chicken thighs on a baking pan and bake for 45 minutes in a 350 oven.
- Serve with sticky rice and a salad.
